Meet the Team
Steve
is the lead agent on Team Serendipity. He started his Realtor
career in 1999 after spending 12 years in the mortgage lending
arena. His knowledge of real estate lending is a valuable asset
for all of his real estate clients. Team Serendipity was formed
in 2006 by the merger of Steve Sebasto’s real estate business
and Shanan Steere’s real estate business.
Shanan is the team’s accountability coach and mentor. She is
still active in the day to day real estate business, but spends
most of her time developing systems for the team and making sure
that each client is getting the utmost in satisfaction.
Both
Steve and Shanan have been recognized by the Realtor community
for their professionalism and accomplishments in home sales.
Shanan’s past experience with new homes sales, along with her
present job of managing the team, brings
great leadership and insight into the success of Team
Serendipity.
Steve
and Shanan’s main emphasis is on providing their clients with
exceptional service. Communication with their clients is vital.
They work on keeping their clients informed and updated on the
entire process while buying or selling a home. Their client’s
satisfaction has accounted for their high rate of referral
business. Their past and current clients are happy to pass their
name along to their friends and family.
 The
team also consists of some exceptional support staff to help
with the clients needs. Christine Carlson is the team’s
executive assistant. Christine is also a licensed real estate
agent and has many years of experience with assisting top agents
in both Kansas City and Las Vegas. Her attention to detail
ensures that the team’s transactions move along smoothly from
beginning to end.

The house is Great! We both are
really enjoying it. We have not done a whole lot of stuff to the
house, mainly just paint. I just finished painting the little
girl's room on Tuesday, and we still have the little boy's room
and the basement to paint, then we are done for awhile.
Everything is working great and we are pretty much settled in.
It is so nice to be out of our apartment. I was beginning to
wonder if it would ever happen!
